It was with some trepidation that we considered building a new home.  But, with Fairway Custom Homes, the contruction process went smoothly -- and was even fun.  Bill advised on the overall design and materials and handled all the construction with a pleasant and can-do attitude, while Kellie provided sage advice on the selection of fixtures, floors, and other accoutrements.  We love the final result and we have Bill and Kellie to thank for that.

What I liked and recommend most about Bill is his overall vision and flexibility.  His approach is custom all the way and he is open to unique ideas.  He keeps a strong hand on the budget and is aware that time is important as well.  Kellie is also a Godsend.  She expertly guides you through the options and will research any suggestion you have.  Their experience and advice are invaluable.
